Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of cancer who have not responded well to previous treatments. Participants will receive a new drug called tarlatamab along with radiation therapy to see how safe and effective it is.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have a type of cancer that has not responded to prior treatments.
  • I have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer or other specific tumor types.
  • I can provide a tumor tissue sample or undergo a biopsy if needed.
  • I am able to undergo external beam radiation therapy to a measurable lesion.
  • I am willing to consent to participate in this trial.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have untreated brain metastases.
  • I have had re-irradiation of the same lesion.
  • I have other diseases that could affect my safety or treatment outcome.
  • I do not have measurable lesions as defined by RECIST 1.1.
  • I have a significant heart, liver, or kidney condition.
  • I have a history of progression in treated brain lesions without specific criteria.
