Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adolescents aged 10 to 18 years.
* Diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy (CP).
* Classification at levels III or IV of the GMFCS scale.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Multilevel surgery with osteotomy within the last 12 months.
