Inclusion Criteria:
* Adult kidney transplant patients.
* No known contraindications to Dipyridamole
Exclusion Criteria:
* Contraindications to Dipyridamole.
* Patients with delayed graft function (defined as the need for dialysis within seven days post-transplantation).
