Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* \> 17 years
* Thoracic or abdominal pain for less than 72 hours
* Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Reasons making abdominal ultrasound impossible
* Discovery of a pregnancy during emergency care
* Follow-up impossible at one month
