This trial is looking for adults with esophageal or head and neck cancer who are receiving specific cancer treatment. Participants will get weekly advice from dietitians to help improve their nutrition during their treatment.

- I have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer or head and neck cancer.
- I am receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
- My performance status is grade 2 or lower.
- I agree to participate in the trial.
- I am over 18 years old.
- I am not pregnant.
You may not be able to join if
- I have two or more cancers.
- My gastrointestinal tract cannot function.
- I have NYHA class 4 heart failure.
- I have abnormal liver or kidney function.
- I have abnormal bone marrow function.

The purpose of the study is to improve the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy by the personalized nutrition counseling.Dietitians consult with participants which invited to be the experimental group and follow up weekly through communication software (Line) or telephone remote methods. 1. pathologically and CT confirmed esophageal cancer or head and neck cancer
2. CCRT therapy
3. ECOG performance status grade≦2
4. agree to participate the trial
5. over 18 years
