Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patient of participating practice
* Well child care visit during the 12-month intervention period
* No prior dose of HPV vaccine at the time of the well child care visit
* Age-eligible
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior dose of HPV vaccine
