Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age from 18 to 75 years.
* Both sexes.
* American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-II.
* Scheduled for total knee arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia.

* Patients with neurological or intellectual disability.
