Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion criteria:
* Age ≥75 years;
* Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus;
* Functional limitation defined as a Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) score between 4 (included) and 9 (included), and
* Willingness to participate in the study.
