This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Ivonescimab, a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEGF, in combination with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) and chemotherapy for treating locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC).
