Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients meet the clinical and genetic diagnostic criteria of hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP);
* Age: 14 to 70 years old
* Modified Ashworth Score for lower limbs: ≥2 joints with muscle tone ≥grade 3
