This trial is looking for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who live in rural areas. Participating involves taking part in a program that helps improve breathing and overall health.
You may be able to join if
- I am 40 years of age or older
- I have been diagnosed with COPD
- I live in a rural area
- I have a mMRC score of 1 or higher
- I speak English
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot walk due to a medical condition
- I have difficulty understanding or following instructions
- I do not have COPD symptoms or breathlessness
- I completed a traditional pulmonary rehabilitation program in the last 3 months
- I am transitioning to hospice or end-of-life care
- I am having an acute exacerbation of my condition
