Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age from 18 to 65 years old.
* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I - II.
* Scheduled for elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Diabetes mellitus.
* Coagulation disorders.
* Kidney and liver dysfunction.
