Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients who are diagnosed with minimal associated pathological lesions and complaining of dysphonia and not fit for surgery.
* Patient not compliant to voice therapy (e.g. those from far residence).
* Patients who refuse voice therapy.
