This trial is looking for adults who have a specific skin condition and are either obese or overweight, along with at least one related health issue, such as high blood pressure or diabetes. They should have been using a certain treatment for about three months before joining and must be ready to start an additional medication soon after. However, people with certain serious health problems, like a history of severe pancreatitis or specific types of diabetes, cannot participate.
