This trial is looking for career firefighters in Tainan, Taiwan, to test a smartphone app designed to improve mental and physical health. Participants will be placed in either the app group or the usual care group and will go through health assessments over 3 to 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Career firefighters who are older than or equal 20 years old
Exclusion Criteria:
* Career firefighters who are younger than 20 years old
* Firefighters who are retired or are volunteer firefighters.
