About This Trial
This phase II trial tests how well nemtabrutinib in combination with pembrolizumab works in treating patients with Richter transformation, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma subtype (RT-DLBCL). Nemtabrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors.
