This trial is looking for adults with autoimmune myasthenia gravis who experience shortness of breath. Participants will help researchers understand the causes of their breathing difficulties to improve treatments and quality of life.

  • I am 18 years or older
  • I have a confirmed diagnosis of autoimmune myasthenia gravis
  • I experience shortness of breath in daily life
  • I can sign a consent form
  • I am affiliated with a social security scheme

You may not be able to join if

  • I am currently pregnant
  • I have a known respiratory disorder other than myasthenia gravis
  • I had a respiratory infection in the past 4 weeks
  • I am in a current myasthenia gravis crisis
  • I do not experience shortness of breath
  • I have severe cognitive impairment or am under guardianship

About This Trial
Individuals with MG (IwMG) experience shortness of breath that may be activity-related, occur at rest and even happen during sleep. Dyspnea is a complex, multidimensional and multifactorial symptom involving sensory perception, cognition and emotion.
