This trial is looking for cancer survivors and their family or friends living in poorer areas. Participants will receive help to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits to improve their well-being.

You may be able to join if
- I am between the ages of 18 and 89
- I speak English
- I live in or near Birmingham
- I have a history of any type of cancer or know someone who does
You may not be able to join if
- I have serious difficulty hearing
- I have a history of dementia or brain-related issues
- I am currently on primary treatment for cancer
- I have other medical, psychological, or social issues that would interfere with participation

The goal of the LEAP project is to improve the health and well-being of cancer survivors and their co-survivors living in persistent poverty areas by providing healthy behavior change support. Inclusion Criteria:
* Between the ages of 18 and 89
* English speaking
* Resident of Birmingham area or surrounding community
* History of any type of cancer or the friend or family with of a cancer survivor
