Abstract: This clinical study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a thiotepa, busulfan, and fludarabine (TBF) conditioning regimen for haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT) in elderly patients (≥55 years) with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
