Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Current smoker or quit within the past 15 years
* A 20+ pack-year smoking history
* Healthy enough for treatment
Exclusion Criteria:
* Not applicable as our focus is on patients with an order for screening at the UTMB or UT Tyler
