Inclusion Criteria:
-regularly physically active as determined via ParQ+
Exclusion Criteria:
* smokers
* bronchial asthma
* chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
* obese
* alcoholism
* requiring daily medications that may effect responses to exercise,
* anti-arrhythmogenics
