This trial is looking for people with mild cognitive issues or Alzheimer's disease to help test new treatments and improve diagnosis methods. Participants will provide information about their health and may take new medications designed for Alzheimer's.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 19 years of age or older.
  • I am being evaluated for new Alzheimer's medications approved after 2021.
  • I have had an amyloid PET scan or cerebrospinal fluid testing for Alzheimer's.
  • I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment.
  • I am still able to live independently.
  • I can walk, even with mobility aids.
  • I am able to give written consent to participate.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have severe psychiatric disorders.
  • I have a history of substance abuse requiring treatment in the last five years.
  • I currently have untreated cancer.
  • I have severe health conditions that are unstable.
  • I have visual or auditory problems that affect cognitive testing.
  • I have metallic substances in my body preventing an MRI.
  • I am currently in another drug trial.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
