This trial is looking for patients who have been hospitalized due to acute coronary syndrome, which includes certain types of heart attacks. Participants will undergo tests to evaluate blood vessel function and other heart-related measures.
You may be able to join if
- I am over 18 years old.
- I have been hospitalized due to acute coronary syndrome.
- I can provide written consent.
- I can follow the study's schedule.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a type of heart attack known as MINOCA.
- I have rare types of heart syndrome like spontaneous coronary artery dissection.
- I have congenital heart disease.
- I am over 85 years old.
- I have end stage chronic kidney disease.
- I have an active cancer or autoimmune disease that limits my survival.
- I am expected to live less than a year for any reason.
- I am pregnant.
