Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
\- Children aged 0-13 years with acute respiratory tract infections presenting to Tygerberg Hospital (TBH) in Cape Town, South Africa, for routine care
Exclusion Criteria:
* Admitted for \< 72 hours
