This trial is looking for people with Parkinson's disease to see how light therapy affects their symptoms. Participants will receive light therapy to the front of the head for 12 minutes, three times a week over six weeks.

- I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot go off my Parkinson's medication for the assessments
- I cannot provide consent
- I have a Deep Brain Stimulation device
- I have a history of a psychiatric disorder
- I have other movement or neurological conditions like dementia or epilepsy
- I have an atypical form of parkinsonism like progressive supranuclear palsy
- I have a history of cancer
- I have had a concussion or head injury in the last 6 months

About This Trial
The study looks to investigate the effects that light therapy delivered to the frontal cortex could have on Parkinson's disease related symptoms ( both cognitive and motor). The therapy is a non invasive technique that deliverers low level wavelength light to the front part of the head for 12 minutes. for this study the therapy will be done 3 times a week for 6 weeks. * Diagnosis of Parkinson disease
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Participants who are unable to comply with study visit/testing requirements (e.g.
participants who cannot go off PD medication for the pre-, post-, and 3-month assessments).
