Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Received the Mosaic Mitral Valve Bioprosthetic at ProMedica Toledo Hospital
* Under the age of 65
Exclusion Criteria:
* Over the age of 65
* Under the age of 18
* Surgery performed at institutions outside of ProMedica Toledo Hospital
