Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with relapsed or resistant T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Lymphoma. Participants will receive a new treatment called BEAM-201 and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 0 and 29 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Lymphoma.
  • I am experiencing my second or greater relapse or was previously treated with a transplant.
  • I have evidence of CD7 expression on my leukemia cells.
  • I can undergo a stem cell transplant if needed.
  • I have a performance status score of 50 or higher.
  • I can provide informed consent.
  • I have adequate organ function.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have active hepatitis B or C.
  • I have an uncontrolled infection.
  • I have HIV infection.
  • I have had a heart attack in the last 12 months.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have received a stem cell transplant within the last 90 days.
  • I currently have an autoimmune disorder requiring medication.
  • I have a known heart rhythm issue.

About This Trial

This will be a Phase 1, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BEAM-201 in patients with R/R T-ALL or T-LLy. BEAM-201 is an allogeneic anti-CD7 CART therapy.
