Aplastic anemia (AA) is a hematological disease characterized by bone marrow failure, leading to varying degrees of anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia. With the advancement of immunosuppressive therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, the survival of AA patients has significantly improved.
