About This Trial
Scapular dyskinesia is defined by abnormal movement or placement of the scapula, the shoulder blade, during arm movements. Physical treatment aimed at regaining appropriate scapular mechanics through strengthening exercises, postural correction, and functional movement training is typically part of management.
