About This Trial
This randomized clinical trial compares the hemodynamic effects of general anesthesia versus combined general anesthesia (thoracic epidural) in patients undergoing pancreatoduodenectomy. The primary aim is to assess the incidence of intraoperative hypotension and related adverse events.
