Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with impacted lower third molars requiring surgical extraction.
* Adults over the age of 18 years old.
* American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1, and ASA 2
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with preoperative intraoral or extraoral swelling.
