Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Patients admitted within 48 hours of onset, confirmed by CT/MRI as having a stroke (including acute ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke).
2. Moderate-to-severe stroke with NIHSS ≥ 5.
