Inclusion Criteria:
* Pediatric patients aged 3 to 10 years scheduled for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy under general anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Emergency surgery.
* Known neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, cerebral palsy).
