Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age from 18 to 60 years.
* Both genders.
* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II or III.
* Scheduled for thoracotomy.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Poor cardiac function (ejection fraction less than 50%).
