Intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) is commonly used during complex spinal surgery to monitor the integrity of neural structures and improve the perioperative safety profile. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Adult patients (\>18 years of age) undergoing open thoracolumbar fusion with planned neuromonitoring
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Patients with a history of significant cardiac disease (LVEF \<35%, 2nd/3rd-degree block without a pacemaker, or significant arrhythmia)
