Endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) is the standard of care for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) caused by a large vessel occlusion.

Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥18 years.
2. Eligible for an EVT procedure
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Previous inclusion in this study
2. No access to a preoperative CTA
