This trial is looking for adults who are using GLP-1 medications for weight loss and want to prevent micronutrient deficiencies. Participants will take balanced nutritional tablets and be monitored over the next year.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 65 years old.
  • I have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher with an obesity-related health issue.
  • I am currently using a GLP-1 receptor agonist for weight management, like semaglutide or liraglutide.
  • I plan to continue using my GLP-1 medication for the next year.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a condition that affects how my body absorbs nutrients.
  • I have taken other weight loss medications besides GLP-1 RAs.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I am allergic to ingredients in the Balanced multivitamin.
  • I have significant chronic illnesses that could affect my participation.
