Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* 21 days+ prior to cardiac surgery
* Able to provide consent,
* Proficient in English to understand questionnaires, training instructions and outcome assessments.
* Digitally literate to independently navigate a smart device and novel application.
