This trial is looking for patients who are scheduled for surgery to repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Participants will be divided into two groups to see how different methods of monitoring heart function affect surgery outcomes.

- My body mass index is over 35
- I have atrial fibrillation
- I need urgent surgery
- I have end-stage renal disease
- I am pregnant
- I refuse to give consent

Check Your EligibilityWe will enroll patients scheduled for abdominal aortic aneurysm repair and divide in two groups; in the control group the hemodynamic optimization will be made based on standard cardiovascular parameters showed in the Hemosphere platform. In the interventional group the hemodynamic optimization will be made based on the hypotension prediction index.
