Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common sustained arrhythmia in adult population. Inclusion Criteria:
* Symptomatic persistent AF (continuous episode sustained beyond 7 days)
* Refractory, intolerant or unwilling to take ADT
* Signed informed consent
* Affiliation to medical social coverage.
