Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for stroke patients aged 50 to 80 who have difficulty swallowing. Participants will receive either real kinesiology taping or a placebo tape, along with swallowing exercises, for 6 weeks.

- I am between 50 and 80 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with a stroke.
- My Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is greater than 22.
- I agree to participate and provide written consent.
You may not be able to join if
- I have open wounds or unresolved skin problems on my neck.
- I am allergic to kinesiology tape or its components.
- I have a medically unstable condition.
- I have primary esophageal disorders like achalasia.

* Patients aged between 50 and 80 years
* Diagnosed with stroke
* Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score greater than 22
