Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for adults with certain types of kidney diseases. Participants will receive the treatment ADX-038 to help assess its safety and effectiveness.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy, C3G, or IC-MPGN.
- My kidney function is stable with an eGFR of 30 mL/min/1.73m2 or higher.
- I have signs of active kidney disease.
- I am currently receiving supportive care as needed.
- I am willing to get required vaccinations.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a hereditary or acquired complement deficiency.
- I have had a kidney transplant or need renal replacement therapy.
- I have a history of solid organ transplant.
- I have other types of kidney disease.
- I have a history of recurrent invasive infections.
- I have received treatments that inhibit complement.
- I have an active systemic viral, bacterial, or fungal infection.
- I have abnormal liver function.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Mean eGFR greater than or equal to 30 mL/min/1.73m2
* Clinical evidence of active kidney disease
* Treated with supportive care including an ACE inhibitor or ARB if applicable
* Willing to receive required vaccinations
