Inclusion Criteria:
* Histologically confirmed diagnosis of solid tumor malignancy.
* Unresectable or metastatic disease that has progressed on immunotherapy.
* No available treatment with curative intent
* Adequate organ function
* Measurable disease per RECIST v1.1
