Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18-40 years
* Gender: Male and Females (Non-pregnant \& Non lactating)
* Diagnosed cases of primary insomnia according to following criteria:
* Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or nonrestorative sleep
