Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma along with lesions outside the bone marrow. Participants will receive a new type of treatment called BCMA-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 75 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
  • I have measurable lesions outside the bone marrow due to myeloma.
  • I have good heart, liver, and kidney function.
  • I am able to follow the study requirements.
  • I have a negative pregnancy test if I am a woman of childbearing age.
  • I expect to live more than 3 months.
  • My ECOG score is 2 or lower.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have active infections that are not controlled.
  • I have active autoimmune diseases that are not controlled.
  • I have not recovered from side effects of previous treatments.
  • I have certain serious heart conditions.
  • I have a history of untreated cancers in the past 5 years.
  • I cannot comply with the study protocol.
  • I have previously used a CAR-T vector with the same structure.

About This Trial
This is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized, single-arm clinical trial. Patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma accompanied by extramedullary infiltration will receive BCMA - CD19 CAR-T cell therapy.
