Inclusion Criteria:
A: Bloodstream infections
a) Suitable for at least 2 antibiotic regimens in the site randomisation list
1. Growth of Gram-negative bacilli identified from blood culture(s)
2. Receiving or planning to receive intravenous antibiotics
