Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age between 18 and 65 years
* Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 35 kg/m²
* Scheduled for elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
* Availability of complete preoperative laboratory test results
* Signed informed consent
