Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Men with non obstructive azoospermia.
* Clinically palpable varicocele ( unilateral or bilateral ).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known cases of obstructive azoospermia.
* Non palpable varicocele.
* Uncorrectable female causes of infertility.
