Male patients aged 1 to 12 years
Diagnosed with hypospadias (distal, midpenile, proximal)
Undergoing primary surgical repair
Parent/legal guardian consent obtained
\* Exclusion Criteria:
Prior hypospadias or penile surgery (revision cases)
