Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Cardiology patients without documented infection (Control Group)
* Patients with sepsis
* Patients with nosocomial infection
* Patients with myocarditis, endocarditis, or pericarditis
* Ability to provide written informed consent
